Product Brief
Large slope support truck (six drive frame type) is a special vehicle for underground coal mine, which is driven by mine explosion-proof diesel engine and can operate in explosive gas environment. It is mainly used for long-distance transportation of hydraulic support between working face and working face or between working face and ground. In addition to walking, it also has the function of automatic loading and unloading support, and it can also be used for transportation of other auxiliary materials. It has the advantages of light weight, low center of gravity, stable operation, convenient loading and unloading, fast transportation speed, good underground adaptability and so on. It is the main equipment for carrying hydraulic support at present, especially suitable for long-distance transportation, with heavy load climbing angle of 16 °.
Technological superiority
1. The automatic / manual switching technology of 4 / 6 drive is developed, which can meet the requirements of heavy load and large slope traction according to the driving mode of load switching.
2. It integrates three braking modes, namely, hydrostatic braking, wheel side braking and reducer braking, effectively realizes three safety braking modes, namely, working braking, parking braking and emergency braking, and creates a one button unlocking system, which realizes quick release of braking.
3. An integrated diffluence speed system with high and low speed shift and automatic reset is developed, which can distribute the flow of six variable travel motors forcibly, and improve the adaptability of vehicles to complex situations such as steep road and slippery road.
