Product Brief
The mining heavy-duty power car series products independently researched and developed by the enterprise to fill the international industry are specially designed and manufactured for the transportation of large-scale equipment in coal mines. They are mainly used for the transportation of continuous mining machine, roadheader, anchor bolt machine, crusher, underground heavy equipment and other entry and exit tunnels. They are original products in the field of auxiliary transportation in coal mines in China. The comprehensive technology of the whole vehicle is at the international level. The car can improve the transportation efficiency of mining equipment about 20 times, greatly reducing the production cost and the labor intensity of miners.
Technological superiority
1. The general layout plan of underground EMU composed of power car + connecting rod + self driving loading platform is put forward. It can meet the requirements of large load, small turning radius and low load platform.
2. The power car bearing platform adopts the driving mode of independent multi wheel and multi drive belt steering, and the turning radius is small, which meets the use requirements of underground narrow roadway.
3. The tractor is jointly controlled by the front and rear two cabs to realize the coordinated operation of the tractor and the power bearing flat car.
4. The hydraulic slow drop pedal axle is invented to ensure the stability and safety of cargo loading and unloading.
